Visitors - Day 1: Trains & Dinos

Saturday around noon Aunt Lori, Uncle Brian and cousin Garrett arrived at our house for a weekend of fun!  Edee was napping when they arrived, so the big kids had some time to play before we left for our adventures.  Mallory put on a show.  I love the closed eyes look here.

First stop was Union Station for the model train exhibit.  I love their reflections in the glass.

"Uh-oh Edee watch out for that train! "

The kids liked playing with the train table.
Then we walked across the bridge hoping to have a train go under us.  We had to wait for awhile.

When we were about ready to give came through.  The train is coming right for us!

They were really excited!  Or was it scared?

Then we headed across the Link to Crown Center.  Here's Mallory with Liberty Memorial and Daddy's work behind her.

Mallory had to see the Westin waterfall.

Then we headed to the Dinosaur exhibit for some fun.  It was a little busy, but it always is.

The kiddos posed for some pictures riding a dino.  Last time Edee went, she was afraid of them

After dinner at home, the gymnastics mat was brought out.  I spotted the kiddos on tricks.  Here's Edee at the end of a backward roll.

Mallory was doing a dance, while holding up her skirt.  Garrett had to hold up his shorts.  So cute!

The mat was made into tunnels.  I love this picture of Garrett.

It was a great day!  Garrett got to sleep in Edee's crib and we put Edee in the pack-n-play in Mallory's room.  Too bad she did not want to fall asleep.  Luckily she didn't keep Mallory awake.  But Edee didn't fall asleep until after 9:30!  For a kid that is normally in bed at 7, that was late!  All the kiddos woke up today around 7:15.  Too early for the late night bedtime, but not as bad as I expected.
